Here are some photo's of our Gotcha. One of the day that we bought her, and the rest is the result of some hard labour these last few weeks! Unfortunately we didn't take any pictures of the interior, but we've totally "pimped" it! There was a lot of old wall and ceiling covering that we had to remove, behind it we found multiple layers of glue, so it took us some time to get it all off! But now the inside of the boat looks great! Two weeks ago we sailed her to Lelystad and there she's on shore (inside) for a total exterior make over!

The plan is to launch her on april the 20th, hopefully the hard work will be finished by then and we can begin to enjoy the sailing!

Gotcha was built in 1976, we've not found the serial number yet.

There's an inboard VIRE engine, which gave us a lot of troubles already (the first weekend we picked her up in Zeeland and sailed her across the North sea to IJmuiden. Unfortunately there was no wind at sea for two days while in the rest of the Netherlands there was a severe storm and thunders. The engine broke down, so we had to ask the coastguards to pick us up....)

The rigging is masthead.

Sails are not in a great shape, but good enough to start with. We'll probably look for some fancy racing sails in about a year or something. First things first!
