GK24 Scallywag wins PSC Parhelion Club Class
Portsmouth based GK24 Scallywag has won the Portsmouth Sailing Club Parhelion Club Class Trophy.

Throughout the series Andy Taylor and Jeremy Miles have been working hard to compete against the ever-competent Sunfast 32i "Katy". By the end of the series both Scallywag and Katy were on 12 points but with one more 1st place to her name Scallywag were able to pick up the trophy.

The Portsmouth Parhelion is organised by Portsmouth Sailing Club and run in both the Spring and Autumn. The latest series was run over Saturdays between 2nd October and 6th November. Also racing in the series was Genghis Khan who finished in 5th place overall.

Both Scallywag and Genghis Khan will be back in the spring to fight it out on the water once again and it is expected that a few other GK's will also be joining in as there are a large number of them moored locally.
