Owned by Ivan Nesic at Greenwich Yacht Club She has a rigid rod vang with a simple tackle. The rod also serves as a topping lift for the boom. I use to own dIRE sTRAITS to and I fell for GK, and I sold her about five years ago just before my daughter was born, and she was sailed in Solent. About four years ago I comecross Soulmates in Gillingham Marina, and I could not resist. Soulmates is now based in London - Greenwich Yacht Club, and she should race much more, at the moment not enough, because of work, daughter, wife and dog. She is lovely boat, good sails, epoxy professionally in Gillingham, nice Volvo diesel - sail drive, next thing will be second hand Eberspacher Heater , so we can spend more time on her in the coming winter.
